Delta Dynamic was established in 2008 at Piraeus as a completely independent Ship Advisory Practice serving the local and international Shipping Community.

Founder and General Manager of our company is Mr. Dimitrios Garoutsos, Naval Architect and Mechanical Engineer, educated in the National Technical University of Athens. He began his career as hull and machinery inspector, ISM & ISPS lead auditor of Hellenic Administration, as well as PSC officer.
